Our Medical Yoga can be adapted to any level. The principal of the practice is simple; if you can sit in a chair, you are capable of practicing our adapted, and 

individualized Medical Yoga. We begin intervention with you from where you are most comfortable and work to challenge you from there.

Dealing with chronic symptoms can be discouraging. So much of the health and fitness world is aimed at those that are already healthy and fit. Our goal is to bring the benefits of Yoga and healthy living to any one at any level. Anyone can start improving ones health.

Everyone Practicing It?

 

Perhaps Yoga is not the quick, temporary fix that we are used to. Most all improvements and positive outcomes take patience, dedication, and reinforcement. Joining a Yoga class or group may be intimidating to some. However, that should never be a deterrent from taking a step in the right direction.
