Our Therapy Team
Leslie Benegasi is a Licensed Occupation Therapy Assistant and Yoga Certified. While studying Occupational Therapy, she completed a clinical rotation at Self Care Therapy and offically joined our therapy team in July of 2016. She looks forward to helping her patients reach their maximum potential. When she's not practicing, she enjoys baking, organizing and spending time with her dogs.
Connie Ammann, OTR, CLT
Connie Ammann is a Licenced Occupational Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Yoga Certified. She works fulltime for Self Care Therapy Inc. providing excellent therapy services to her clients. She enjoys working with her patients and their families in order to increase independence, and return them to their previous life roles. Her biggest priority and joy is her two young boys and husband.

Regina Hunter (Genie), is a previous therapist and the founder of our Medical Yoga. In the summer of 2014 she completed an intense yoga certification training in the Mexican desert, and became a Certifed Yoga instructor. She has since moved on to start her own practice, working with children.
